When you contact the clinic

If you apply online, the form sends your answers by email to the clinic’s mailbox (hosted by Zoho). The website doesn’t store your application. To stop spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting it. If you email instead, nothing is sent until you press send.

Website services

This site is hosted on the clinic’s server and delivered through Cloudflare. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Fonts and icons may be requested from Google Fonts. The website code does not include advertising or analytics scripts.

External links and email

External websites and your email provider operate under their own privacy terms. Sending an email shares its contents with the recipient and the email services involved.

Questions and requests

Application details and session notes are kept only to run the programme and the 90-day check-in, and are deleted 12 months after that check-in, or sooner if you ask. Contact Vish to ask how your information is handled or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have supplied.
